The reenactors will pay tribute to the Crewmen of the ALABAMA who will be at the park for their reunion. Be on deck at 1:00 p.m. for the "call to battle stations" and the battle reenactment. Alabama School Of The Arts Piano Festival Master Class

The University of Mobile announces the fourth annual Alabama School of the Arts Piano Festival, a yearlong series of special events spotlighting ASOTA’s undergraduate and graduate programs in piano performance. The series includes master classes and seminars, student and faculty recitals, and special performances by Elite 88, UM’s piano ensemble. All events are free and open to the public. Festival Of Flowers- LoDa Style

The annual Festival of Flowers, sponsored by Wells Fargo, will proudly showcase All Creatures Great and Small: life-size living sculptures created by the Mobile area’s best teams of florists, nurseries, landscapers, designers and artists. They will compete for bragging rights for the Festival of Flowers People's Choice Award. Anchored by a Bellingrath Gardens and Home display that is sure to wow, these elaborate plant creations will be viewed from a socially distanced space and voted on with a QR code or link. Enjoy outdoor seminars and select vendors that are in keeping with Festival of Flowers tradition. New events include a Saturday morning Festival of Cars to engage the car enthusiast and Garden Tours of downtown gardens to delight everyone that appreciates Mobile’s natural beauty. Let's safely have fun, give back to our community, and watch as Mobile’s most creative, show off their talents! Produced by the Providence Hospital Foundation, the 2021 Festival of Flowers will inspire and nurture the gardener in all of us. Recognized for over a decade as a Top 20 Event by the Southeast Tourism Society, the 2021 Festival of Flowers continues the tradition of delighting and educating visitors of all ages. March 12-13, come celebrate with us! Features of the 2021 Festival:

  • Life-Size Living Sculptures – Stroll through larger than life displays by regionally acclaimed florists, artists and garden designers.

  • Festival of Cars - Join us Saturday, March 13th from 9:00-11:00 for a car show.

  • Bellingrath Gardens and Home – A Spectacular display by Mobile’s world–renowned garden destination.
